In the Name
of God Amen. I William Rimell of the parish of Isleworth in
the county of Middlesex coachmaster being in a low and weak
condition but of sound mind memory and understanding God be
praised for the same do make this my last will and testament in
manner and form following that is to say first I desire that all
my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied
and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my effects
whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the
same doth fall or may consist of I do hereby give devise and
bequeath the same unto my loving wife Mary Rimell of Isleworth
aforesaid her heirs and assignes forever to hold the same unto
the said Mary Rimell her heirs and assigns forever and I do
hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said loving wife Mary
Rimell Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby
revoking and making void all former and other will and wills by
me at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to be and
contain my last will and testament. In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of June in
the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator William Rimell as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto. Robt Linnett, Jonathan Aldons, Thos Poulton On the thirteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five. Administration with the will annexed of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of William Rimell late of the parish of Isleworth in the county of Middlesex deceased was granted to Thomas Fox a creditor by bond and judgement of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer Mary Rimell widow the relict of the said deceased sole Executrix and universal Legatee named in the said will having first renounced as well the execution thereof as letters of administration with the said will annexed of the goods of the said deceased.
