Mary RIMELL

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Rimell late of the Strand in the parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex but now residing in the Almshouse of the said parish at Camden Town, widow. I give all that my own messuage tenement and Garden with the rights numbers and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate at Storrington in the County of Sussex which I bought of Mr Badrork and all other my freehold, copyhold and leasehold xxxxxxxx whatsoever (if any) unto my son Daniel Rimell of Storrington aforesaid his heirs and assigns for ever and I give the sum of sixty pounds xxxxxx five per cents standing in my name in the Books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England and all other the monies if any which I now have in the stocks or public funds or which I may have at the time of my death and all my wearing apparel unto my daughter Mary Ann wife of James Roalf of Storrington aforesaid absolutely for her own use and benefit and all my ready money, plate, silver, furniture and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses unto my said son and daughter absolutely to be equally divided between them share and share alike and I appoint my said son Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Proved at London 25th May 1827 before the Worshipful John xxxxxx Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Daniel Rimell the son the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
