I John RIMELL
Of Chapmanslade in the county of Wilts, Yeoman, do hereby revoke and make void all and every Will and Wills Testament and Testaments by me at any time herebefore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament which followeth (that is to say) all my goods and chattels, effects and personal estates whatsoever after my debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged I give devised and bequeath the same to my loving wife Catherine Rimell whom I make, nominate and appoint sole and only Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and my Will is that William Culverhouse, her father, oversees thereof to take care and see the same performed according to my true intent and meaning. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty three. John Rimell. Sealed, published and declared by the said testator John Rimell in the presence of us John Middlestaff, William Adams.
This Will was proved at London the fifth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty three before the right worshipful John Bettesworth doctor of laws, master keeper or commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Catherine Rimell, widow, the relict and sole executrix named in the said Will, to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased being first sworn by commission well duly and freely to administer the same.
