I Elizabeth Rymell of the parish of St Botolph, Aldersgate in the City of London, Victualer, Widow and sole Executrix of my late husband Robert Rymell, deceased do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Elizabeth Rymell and infant now about 13 years of age all my goods and chattels, Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and I do appoint Mr. John Uring, Mathematical Instrument maker in Fenchurch, East London and Mr John Flower, master of a house of maintenance for poor in Beach Lane near Cripplegate, London, joint Executors of this my said Will. In witness whereof I have subscribed my name hereunto this 22nd day of March 1770 Elizabeth Rymell. Signed, published and declared as and for the last Will and Testament of the above named Elizabeth Rymell in the presence of us Mary Uring, Sarah Holham.
This Will was proved at London the twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy before the worshipfull George Davis doctor of laws and surrogate of the right worshipfull George Day also doctor of laws, master keeper or commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of John Urings, otherwise Uring and John Flower the Executors to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased they having both first sworn duly to administer.
