In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Dyckhoff widow of the Parish of Isleworth in the County of Middlesex being week and infirm of body but of sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same knowing the instability and uncertainty of this mortal life do make this my last Will and Testament First I assign my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it not doubting of a glorious resurrection through the merits of our blessed saviour and redeemer Jesus Christ and what worldly goods and effects it has pleased God to bless me with I Give and bequeath in manner and form following Item I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Jane Dyckhoff my two freehold houses with the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in Isleworth out in the occupation of my son John Dyckhoff the other in the occupation of Jas. Little also all my ready money and securities for money also all my goods chattels and estate real and personal of what nature or kind soever or whatsoever that I shall die possessed of or interested in all which 1 give to my aforesaid daughter Jane Dyckhoff her and her heirs for ever and I do hereby constitute and appoint my said daughter Jane Dyckhoff whole and sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament and my further will and desire is that I may have a decent Christian burial which I leave to the discretion of my Executrix and that my funeral expenses and just debts may be paid within three months after my decease
In witness whereof 1 have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eight seven the mark of Elizabeth Dyckhoff- signed sealed and declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names. THIS WILL was proved at London the second day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Jane Dyckhoff Spinster the daughter of the deceased and sole executrix named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
